1. Payment is required when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimising costs, we do not bulk bill or have accounts.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash.
3. For unexpected bills, we use an external finance company called Vetpay. Vetpay offers 12 months finance if you are approved. Please note that there are merchant fees, administration fees and interest charged on Vetpay finance. For more information, you can visit their website http://www.vetpay.com.au/. Approval can take 24 hours online, or this can be done immediately in clinic if you are present.
Insurance For Your Pets
Another popular option for your family and pet is insurance coverage. There are a lot of options available to help fit the needs of you and your pet. Pet health insurance means that those unexpected vet bills could potentially be paid back to you. Ask our friendly staff for more information.
